Position: Legal Officer
Location: Mugumu -Serengeti, Mara, Tanzania,

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Officer to provide legal support, ensure compliance, and protect the rights and interests of the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with management, partners, and beneficiaries to support justice, human rights, and organizational governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation on organizational matters.
- Draft, review, and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with national laws, policies, and regulations.
- Support legal awareness initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
- Handle legal disputes, case follow-ups, and documentation.
- Support program teams with rights-based legal components.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
- Advocate of the High Court (added advantage).
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks and NGO operations.
- Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.

Position: Accountant

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Accountant to manage financial transactions, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure proper use of resources and strengthen financial accountability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
- Manage budgeting, expenditure tracking, and cash flow.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Support audits and donor financial reporting.
- Process payments, payrolls, and procurement finances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA/ACCA Level II or above is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
- High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
